COVID-19 Vaccine Information

The Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Johnson and Johnson / Janssen vaccines have all been approved for use in Greece but the United States Government does not plan to provide COVID-19 vaccinations to private U.S. citizens overseas, who need to make their own arrangements.The Greek government is working to resolve COVID-19 vaccination obstacles for people residing in Greece that do not have a Greek Public Health Care Coverage ("AMKA") number. The Greek government has begun issuing them temporary AMKA numbers. Those who qualify may request one at https://emvolio.gov.gr/pamka and obtain a vaccination appointment.
